At Hollywood Gold & Silver Exchange, we want to ensure a satisfactory experience for our customers every time. We understand the importance of safety & security when shipping your order. Shipments are processed one business day after funds from the transaction has cleared. We ship Monday- Thursday as a precautionary measure to minimize the sitting time in terminals. Once tracking information becomes available, you will receive an email with its details. USPS is our choice carrier unless the order requires special handling. Each product is protected by supplemental packaging material to avoid shifting in the parcel box during delivery.
Please note: When shipping valuable merchandise, our packaging is discrete so as not to indicate its contents. All of our products are required to have a signature upon delivery.
Pricing or Typographical Errors –
We work hard to provide accurate product and pricing information. However, pricing or typographical errors may occur. In the event that an order is placed with an incorrect price or data due to administrative error, Hollywood Gold & Silver Exchange reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item until corrected. If our team makes a cancellation, you will receive a notification promptly of the correction.

We utilize a variety of carriers, with most orders shipping via USPS. Our shipping method is our choice of carrier, allowing us to ship your order to you at the lowest possible delivered price.
When mailing valuable precious metals, discretion and protection are key. Your products are securely wrapped in protective packaging, then placed in the shipping parcel along with packing material to prevent the products from shifting during shipping.
Please note: our return address and packaging do not give any indication of the valuable contents of the package, so you can rest assured that your packages will arrive safe and sound.
When you place an order at Hollywood Gold & Silver Exchange, you can track your order from the time of creation until your products are delivered to your doorstep. As soon as your order ships, typically within 1 business day of cleared payment, you will receive email notification of shipment.
Shipments over $200 are required an adult signature (21 and older) upon delivery.
Additional terms may be applied uniquely to certain products. (items could include: prices, methods of payment, and our policies concerning returns, refunds, and cancellations and/or exchanges) and will be posted on each product appropriately.
We want to guarantee your satisfaction at Hollywood Gold & Silver Exchange. We provide all our customers with a refund, return, and/or exchange policy on everything we sell. This right is limited to five (5) days from the date on which the customer receives their items. The refund, return, and/or exchange policy only applies to customers who notify our Customer Service Department by telephone at (323) 645 7828 or email firstname.lastname@example.org during normal business hours within five (5) days from the date on which the customer receives their item and keeps the item in its original packaging. The Customer Service Department will give you instructions on how to return your items.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. For returns, you must carefully package the product, and you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Hollywood Gold & Silver Exchange reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.
The return will be subject to verification that the product returned is the same product that was shipped and the sealed certified holder has not been tampered with or damaged in any way.
If the product is not returned with all original packaging damaged, we reserve the right not to accept the return at our sole discretion.
All refunds will be sent within 24-72 hours of the item(s) being returned after inspection. You will be refunded in the same manner as you paid, with no exceptions. Check payments get refunded by check, Wire payments get refunded by direct wire, PayPal payments get refunded via PayPal, and Credit Card Payments are refunded on the exact credit card you paid with. Please allow up to 7 days for credit card & PayPal refunds to post on your account.
We want our customers to be pleased with their purchases. If, for any reason, you have a problem, please feel free to call our offices and discuss it with us. We will always do our best to accommodate you. Hollywood Gold & Silver Exchange reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of 20% of the total order prices. We may charge a $50 processing fee on all exchanges. If a refund is requested, we reserve the right to find an acceptable replacement or refund your money if an acceptable replacement is not available.
On returning bullion-related items, the customer may (at Hollywood Gold & Silver Exchange’s discretion) be required to pay for any market loss on their returns. Any market gain on refunds shall remain the property of Hollywood Gold & Silver Exchange.

For returns, the Customer Service Department should be within (5) days of the date received during our regular business hours.
If your return is accepted and meets the criteria, the refund will be sent within 24-72 hours of passing inspection. You will be refunded inexact by the method used to purchase with no exceptions. ( i.e., check payments will be refunded by check, wire payments will be refunded by direct wire, PayPal payments with be refunded through PayPal and Credit Card Payments are refunded on the same credit card used upon purchase)
Please allow up to 7 days for credit card & PayPal refunds to reflect on your account.
