- The billing address on the credit or debit card used for payment must match the shipping address entered at checkout. Orders where these addresses do not match cannot be placed through the Website.
- The payment method used must be in the same name as the customer placing the order. Orders where the payment name does not match the customer’s name and presented ID will not be processed, shipped, or released.
- For orders requiring in-person pickup at our retail location (e.g., orders with P.O. Box or third-party mailbox addresses), the customer must appear in person with a valid government-issued photo ID matching the name on the order.
- We capture certain information during the order process, including information used to detect and investigate suspected fraud. We reserve the right to cancel, delay, refuse to ship, or recall orders if fraud is suspected.
